NonnoAlex is the personal website of Alessandro Lo Manto, a Head of DevOps and Infrastructure who works on production systems for Osmosis. The site is a place for practical notes about infrastructure engineering, Kubernetes, distributed systems, blockchain operations, and the emerging problems created when AI agents need real compute, durable state, isolation, and production-grade security.

Alessandro’s work focuses on keeping complex systems available and understandable. That includes platform design, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes operations, delivery automation, observability, workload isolation, and the less glamorous operational details that determine whether software continues working at 3 a.m. The articles here come from hands-on projects, experiments, certification study, and lessons learned while operating real services.
